The NextNine Service Center can be deployed On-Premise or On-Demand to meet the deployment preference of any organization.

  • With NextNine’s On-Premise deployment, the service organization maintains full control of all customer data collected from customer sites. Additionally, all IT related tasks such as backups and version upgrades are controlled by the service organization.
  • With NextNine’s On-Demand deployment, the Service Center is delivered On-Demand from a world-class, SAS 70 audited data center. This allows service organization to minimize start-up costs and focus less resources on managing IT related tasks.
