Solution Consultant
POSITION
The Solution Consultant will serve NextNine's North American customer base which consists of top-tier companies in Process Control, Telecommunication and Healthcare. The Solution Consultant will work closely with both customers and our Sales and Services teams to develop tailored business and technology strategy that will maximize customer value from the NextNine solution. Preferred locations include New York and New Jersey (Tri-State Region).
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Understanding customers’ business, goals and challenges.

Working with NextNine professional services to transform the customer's business goals into a technical NextNine implementation plan.

Working with customers to develop and market its service offering to the end-customers.

Participating in sales calls from the moment prospects schedule their Proof Of Value.

Documenting and communicating product feedback from the field to product management and engineering
Serving as a NextNine Solution expert including its underlying architecture and best practices.

Providing customers with on-going solution mentorship
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3 years of Solution Consulting experience.

Minimum of 3 years of Project Management experience.

Work at a leading technology consulting firm is a major advantage.

Work at one of the leading Systems Management or ERP/CRM vendors is a major advantage.

Strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self motivation, positive attitude, and problem solving abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in developing and presenting clear and concise product briefings.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar education.
